There use to be a lovely person on staff that was very helpful. Now the people there are very rude and unhelpful.

The guy who works there is so rude. Thanks for ruining my day at 9:30 in the morning.

I had a parcel to collect. This has never been an issue where I've been going for years. This is the first time I chose to use this service here as I have moved. I cannot believe how rude, unhelpful, and arrogant the man on the counter was. I left after a 15-minute confrontation about my name. I had the correct, relevant documents and photo id as required, but was shouted at, and belittled until a colleague intervened and I finally got my parcel leaving me shaken stressed and upset...I will never go back to such a bullying awful place.

I've been collecting /dropping off Evri parcels here for a few years now and I'm officially done with this place. There is one super friendly guy who works there who knows me by name...He's always so lovely, greets me with a smile and has always been very friendly and helpful! It's only due to his great service that I've been continuing to come to this shop. However he is not there much anymore. Instead it's mostly the other two guys. One with glasses who has the young guy with him. The one with glases is so incredibly rude!!!! I say hello to him and he literally looks at me and ignores me. I'm not sure what his problem is but he doesnt seem as if he wants to be there. I have recently stopped going to the shop because of him!

Friendly people! My go to shop to drop my parcels.Has a lot of international products n stuff and easy to navigate!The staff always smiles and is willing to help!It’s people like these who can make your day and are fully committed to their job!Sweet people so drop to grab some snacks or anything you would like.They also have a Hermes print instore machine for easy and quick drops n pick ups

Love being shouted at by the cashier at 11am in the morning.Trying to pick up a package, which I’ve done many times here with no problems. My package name slightly deviates from my ID name, but I showed the email, booking reference, offered to show him other documents with my name on and the guy genuinely yelled at me saying that I should make everyone’s life easier and do things properly. He then told me not to use their service again, so don’t worry - I won’t.Really nasty experience. Sort it out.

There are 3 guys work in the store. A guy is friendly and nice. The other 2 guys from the shop are rude. I had problems with receiving package so I tried to contact customer service by phone and asked one of the guys politely if he knows any way to contact sooner in the store. But they asked me leave the store and don’t ask them anything to try to kick me out. It was completely rude.

On one hand, it's great to have a well stocked local store to drop & collect Evri parcels - on the other hand it's a roll of the dice if the returns machine is working.Like others have said, one of the guys is friendly and the other two colleagues don't really seem to want you there, or give any form of customer service when asking relevant questions.

Absolutely lovely workers, it's my local, and never had an issue, I'm overthe top, flamboyant, obviously bisexuality and strange so I don't understand why some people are saying they are rude/homophobic they go above and beyond always and I get along with every single one, and I got attacked in here by a psycho woman and they wrote the date and time and told me he has the CCTV for me!
