We couldn't get our dream house without Perry's service.We were trying to complete the purchase before the stamp duty holiday deadline. Having been waited for a decision from a lender over 3 weeks without a clear outcome, we decided to pursue Perry's service. It was the best decision we made. Perry was brilliant from start to finish. We bought our first home using Perry and he made the whole process much easier and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Perry helped us get the best deal and and was very open and honest throughout the whole process. We also found he was incredibly responsive to our messages etc and was even proactive with the other parties (solicitors, agents etc) when they were being unresponsive.
