Wolden Garden Centre

Really friendly staff who go the extra mile.Bought an ex display BBQ and grill lifters were missing. Not aware of this until home. Contacted them by phone and new ones were sourced free of charge within days. The BBQ was cheaper at Woldens than the same model anywhere else in Crews Hill

Lovely garden centre with good selection of plants , staff very friendly and helpful .I was at the garden centre yesterday 11th July , my daughter a friend and I bought quite a lot of garden plants and artificial flowers . We then went into the cafe which is laid out very well , comfortable and very clean , friendly helpful staff . It's just a shame the food let the whole pleasant experience down , my daughter had carrot cake and a pot of tea which she said was delicious . My friend had quiche , the pastry was so hard it was inedible the filling was all dried up and after a couple of tastes she gave up . I had a toasted sandwich , the bread was like cardboard and the filling was tasteless , poor quality ham and cheese for which you pay top price . Both plates were half filled with what I can only discribe as frozen diced veg and sweetcorn ( to represent a salad ) . There was also a few salted crisps on each plate which proved to be the only edible thing on there . I would advise anyone eating at Woldens to stick to the cake , you won't be disappointed . In future I will go and buy my plants , I will not be eating there again !

A family run business, Wolden’s has now become my one stop garden centre in Crewes Hill. Friendly and attentive staff. The gentleman offered to drill holes at the bottom of some pots I purchased. Great little garden centre. Good quality plants and hanging baskets. Great selection of products, I purchased some plants, hanging baskets, pots, floor matts, soil and birdseeds all very reasonably priced, there is a coffee shop inside the centre which I have yet to try, It was very busy at my last visit and it was nice to see a couple of young men in the car park ushering customers to available parking spaces, very well organised.

Loved this garden center. Its setup beautifully and the plants are very healthy and good price. Most plants were cheaper than the nearby massive gardening club superstore as well. Also this amazing shop allows dogs as well. So it will be my favourite place to shop for gardening stuff with my dog. Thanks

It's become a tradition with us to get our Christmas tree, and pick up a few new decorations to adorn it, from Wolden every year. They have a lovely range of trees and friendly, helpful service. Oh, and we have lunch there too, a good menu of lovely hot food and this year I was delighted to find a vegan choice!! Recommended.

I stopped off for a quick look-see at what plants were on offer and to do some research on what would look good for my garden project.There are a great deal of plants and flowers on offer and a quaint Café on-site that looked extremely popular with the patrons.

This is a good garden centre. They are quite close to the other garden centres in the area, which makes it super convenient to get to. They also have a really nice cafe and really friendly staff. I found the selection of products on offer to be good, and it had a chilled out feel. I would come back here.

Usual quality gardening products. Down side , they are already starting to prepare for the Christmas displays. Upside had some great products reduced to half price.

I could have spent hours browsing. Great Christmas products. Lots of gift ideas. I picked up a leaflet for Afternoon Tea, and it looks scrummy. I will be back very soon.
