World class and very helpful

I have been promised for 2 years now, since living inthe property that i am at that my balcony door would get fixed.They did try to come out and fix it but i have had excuses and excuses this year already. First thing they had put the job in as they have done it already, then told me that one of their guys are not very well onthe morning when expecting them to turn up.Week after a guy came out,wanted to do the job but another guy had come out and taken the wrong measurements even though they did it 3 times. The guy that wanted to the job he was willing to take it out of him own time with his daughter to come and fit.I have been waiting two weeks for them to get intouch with me, but i did all the running about, whilst on nights. Now i am trying to book an appointment and i have told them, can they come weekend as they have done weekends before for me. But its a problem now and i have told them that i am on set shift of nights and its going to take 4-5 hours to do a balcony door.If they didn't get just one guy doing it would be quicker but they like wasting time.I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Absolutely charlatans! We are still waiting over 5 months later for a job to be done. No communication, takes ages to get through to anyone and then just to be fobbed off. If I had the choice I'd never use them. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Avoid if you can!

Top notch job from Martin ...fitted new hinges and now ..no draughts and the noise reduction is amazing!! Well done!

I have been waiting multiple months for a job to be priced after an assessment has been made and I am still waiting! Do not wait, go to their concurrent!

Sorted my doors and windows

Came to fit the door/frame when they were supposed to and were done within 2 hours, the job was done professionally and both fitters were polite and cheerful, and couldn't be happier with the finished job, well done guys

Useless

Mila Maintenance never show up . Made an appointment for last Friday , 1 hour before the due time they cancelled and didnt care that i had a day off work . Appalling service and avoid this company. Due to arrive today at 1pm and its almost 2pm . Disgusting company
