If I could give then zero stars I would.What an absolutely criminal company. Their exchange rates are utterly terrible. As they point out, they are advertised, but many unsuspecting traveller will use them without knowing the correct rate and trust that their rate is reasonable.We used them because we needed to purchase some Swiss Francs quickly. Upon inspection of the receipt, I assumed that the cashier had applied the rate the wrong war round (i.e. dividing by the rate instead of multiplying). This was on top of a £4.99 commission as we were only buying a small amount. I complained.My complain was answered by the company stating that the conversion had been performed correctly, and that the rate charged was publicised. We feel completely conned and only allowed ourselves to be because we were in a hurry and buying a currency where we were not familiar with the exchange rate.If you have any choice at all, like all of the other reviewers on here, we highly recommend not using this firm.

Like the other reviews stated, this is robbery - how on earth could pounds be worth less than euros? They even told us to top up to avoid a ‘5 pound commission fee’ if our amount was below 300 pound. The teller was unclear and confusing throughout about the rates. Don’t bother and spend your money inside the departure hall instead.

Avoid if you can. The rate of €0.89 to the £ basically inverted the normal exchange rate. That's about a 20% commission. I could have stomached on par, eg 10%.And they have the gall (in this case the desk agent) to tell you they don't charge a fee, but do - an additional £4.99.The bogus explanation they give for the rate is disingenuous at the very least - you'll see that on other reviews.The only reason for exchanging money here is if you are going to a country whose sovereign currency is not the one you need, my case. Even then, I imagine I could have done a double exchange in Morocco and got a better overall rate.

Massive rip off, avoid this company at all costs. My euros should have been €317, here I was given £250.

The exchange rate they applied in euros today was a theft in Gatwick airport. They sell 0 comisión but charge everything in the rate used. I don’t recommend to exchange money there under any circumstances.

If there was an option to give negative stars that's what they would get.These are legal con artists.. an absolute ripoff.They gave a rate of 1.09 for EurosWhen funds were changed it worked out to £1 = 0.92cents.When we tried to cancel the conversion they wanted to use an even lower rate!!The Financial Authority needs to review their services as this is beyond ridiculous!

Avoid this place! High fee and you can only return the money at the airport if you want the same rate

They cheated me at Gatwick airport! I don’t know who gave them a stand at the airport and the opportunity to defraud people!You guys have now cheated the wrong person because I will make sure I get enough awareness to your fraudulent activities!!

Try to exchange 300€ in dollars, the guy on the counter said that adding 200€ I could avoid commissions on the transaction (it was clearly shown 0 commissions on exchanges, anyway).I gave him 500€ and he told me that I could have little bit less than 340$. I told him that wasn’t a good rate, he suggest to me “How much do you except to do? I can do a better ratio”.At price market I should have 533$, so basically, for a 0 commission trade, I would have lost -36% of the total value.I’ve immediately brought back my money.I suggest to always double check on google the actual rate of change, so you can compare with what they’re offering to you.Avoid this company and use better solutions such as online banks that avoid 100% on all commissions and you get a rate based on real price market.
