Tesco in general are completely and utterly useless in terms of support. I tried 4 different numbers to get in touch with the Tesco Mobile Shop in store, about 4 times each number and it just rings terminally and eventually you get cut off. Absolutely pointless. I end up having to drive there to speak with someone for a 2 minute conversation. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dreadful bordering on non existent customer/technical support! Outsourced to a call centre that can't stray beyond reading from a yes/no flow chart. My phone (IMO Q4 Pro 2021) failed within less than 4 months of light usage and after the usual raft of stalling tactics. 'mast issued/updates' and a wasted journey for an in-store repair' that failed less than 24 hours later
