I was waiting for a parcel, I realised the address was incorrect, so I had updated the delivery options the day before.When they delivered the parcel the day after, they didn't even check my update and just sent the package back to the sender.Also, they update me at 12.00 p.m. but the office close at 10:00 a.m. not giving me the possibility to take the parcel in person at the deposit.The day after they just told me there was nothing to do.The problem is: the parcel arrived, never left the office, and It went back to the sender, they never allowed me to take it.

Let me preface this by saying I have a newborn, and getting anywhere is a mission. It says it’s open until seven, so I arrive at five and it’s shut. There’s a note stuck to the door to start it closes at four. Fine. I turn up a day later (again with the newborn - a one hour round trip). It’s 3:15 pm. Everything is shut, and not a person in sight. If I could give less than one star I would, how disrespectful of everyone else’s time and energy.

Great alternative for returning parcels as they are open from 8am before my work. I managed to pop in and sort out my returns quickly and effectively using the self service label printer and was pleased to find out they’d been delivered to their destination the next morning during Christmas! This place was not hard to find as some of the other reviews suggested, simple use of Google maps will get you there

The staff here are helpful and polite. However, unfortunately I can only rate the delivery office 3 stars because it's open for only 2 hours early in the morning. I used to be able to dispatch parcels same day. Now, Royal Mail save money on staff AND charge 16p extra per item if I drop it off at a Post Office.

The 2 stars is just for the usual post delivery person coming to my door, if it was just them it would be 5 out of 5. However, I am having problems with any Amazon delivery coming through Royal Mail, they pretend to make a delivery, and it shows a fake delivery attempt time on the Amazon app, this has happened twice now, they will also not redeliver as I attempted to get a redelivery 3 TIMES which never happened. Add to that, I need to travel 30 minutes to the postal delivery office, and I have a 2 hour window to get it. Absolute joke.

It can be hit and miss here. Make sure you have proof of address or valid ID if you are retrieving a parcel in your name.Postal service workers here need to display more customer service etiquette.

Yes I agree with the lady with the newborn baby. I haven't got a small baby but she's right I've pay for a cab on 3 occasions because I have a bad back and all 3 times it said that the office will close at 4 o'clock I got there long before 4 and it was closed. So I wasted a good amount of money on cab for no apparent reason. In fact I just gave the cab free money
