After shopping in merry hill 8 months pregnant with a friend who was also 8 months pregnant we decided to take our bored kids to the DISNEY primark cafe, wasn't expecting much for the food but the one in birmingham is full of kids entertainment so we thought it would be nice for the kids to enjoy their day out too. All kids had a baby frapachino and cookie and me and a friend had hot chocolate and cake. Food was bleh as expected but we were asked to leave as children were being too loud and dancing to disney music and upsetting one miserable lady and her daughter who was about 30. I'm guessing she forgot her child was a child 20 years ago and her child obviously had no children and so the miserable pair who sat down to enjoy a coffee whilst in a children's cafe -didn't want to actually see any children and sat their giving my children filthy looks.

Filth dirty, 3 staff members sat down out of view behind the counter. Tables and floor filthy and covered in food. One staff member came out, sprayed the table and then left, didn't wipe down or clean. Shockingly abysmal...

Came here after my good experience of the Birmingham branch of the Disney cafe. It was disgusting to see one of the workers attempting to serve me and another worker, which I’m guessing had a higher or a more significant role, screaming down her face. The poor girl looked so distraught, me and my daughter stood there awkwardly until she was finished. I was so shocked, I couldn’t even eat my sandwich afterwards. Never coming here again, this place clearly needs a new start.
