Broke glass front on Sunday emailed company they contacted me first thing Monday morning acknowledging my email , contacted me to say they would be out by midday and were , also did service of fire at same time , first class response and a first class service well done guys

Grampian fireplaces and stoves provided an excellent service . A new wood burning stove and work on two existing fireplaces were done by this company with efficient , friendly and professional staff . Very impressed by this company and would highly recommend.

Good quick response.Miscommunication for arrival date.Badly laid hearth.Fire would not draw.Marks and damaged flooring.Cheaper fire replaced and working fine. Still had to pay for dearer fire.

Grampian Fireplaces stepped in to help us with fitting a new fire and some renovations to our downstairs space. They were knowledgeable and had a good range of fires in stock as well as being prompt at setting a date for fitting. They were able to coordinate and provide all trades and be adaptable when we came across some difficulties in underlying issues with the structure of the house. They were very respectful to the needs of the family as we have a family member with health issues. The complete job was finished to a high standard and we have also had follow up advice where necessary on fuel etc. Delighted with the warmth and homely feel of the fire and the space has been transformed for us all to enjoy as a family.

Got a wood burning stove , everything went so smoothly and the team that came to install it were so professional and efficient, they tidied up after too! By far the most competitive quote I got and it was finished to such a high standard. I really was just so impressed from start to finish and they fit the job in so quickly. Now me and my son can enjoy the heat of the stove over Xmas! Thanks so much absolutely delighted with it. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have been.
