Excellent 5 star staff are very friendly and curtiuos they know it's the dogs that need pampering not the owners deffenatly deserve the 5 stars from me and I fully recommend

Well I'm not a person to leave bad reviews, but I have to say my experience was not a good one, I have a curly cockerpoo and when walking in for an 8 am appointment after telling them I have a curly dog, I asked for him to not be completely shaved.........as all the dog coming out are shave to the skin!!!She then dragged a metal comb into my dogs coat dry! Not gently.In my opinion this company shave dogs because it's easier than actually having talent at grooming. Will never go back!

My chihuahua is a poorly little girl and needs to keep her hair short. They always bend over backwards to fit her in at a moments notice. She loves it there and they love her, I am so impressed by them.

They’re absolutely brilliant the family are all there dogs are so friendly mine isn’t a fan of his claws doing the last place caught him and he hasn’t forgotten but this lady is ace she looks after him so well makes a fuss of him and then combs him and sprays him with some smelly spray he loves it I can’t thank her enough absolutely can’t recommend it enough.

Hi our first time using spot on groomers absolutely astounded the way our 2 girls looked and smelt when they got home bought tears to our eyes.marvellous job done as 1of my girls is blind and we were a bit worried but both came away really happy and content. we will be definitely be using this business all the time. Brilliant service care and attention highly recommend thank you so much.

Such lovely groomers. They asked me how I wanted Daisy and Sweep and they did exactly what I asked. When I saw how lovely they both looked and how happy they were it brought a huge smile to my face. Family run business and all very kind and friendly. Highly recommend and have booked through to the end of the year with them. Two very pleased furbabies and mummy and daddy. Xx
