I visited this store this afternoon 31st January 2023 the lady on the tills possibly the manager was extremely rude to me when I asked a simple question about the price of a product simply as the price displayed was different to the product label so wanted to clarify which was the correct price. The tone in which she spoke to me in was quite rude. I ended up leaving the store very upset despite going in to make a purchase. This certainly isn’t the level of customer service I expect to receive nor should be given.

Great experience here today - the staff are efficient, patient and helpful. The shop looked great and Jackie dealt with my request very quickly. Would certainly recommend!

Amazed to see such big H&M home store. Good variety and impressive products. I like the fact HnM have tried to merry up European and British taste. Prices are moderate too.

H&M please note. Called the number listed for this branch to enquire after a product. Frustratingly this went to a call centre with advisor not really understanding English, not able to do anything but read so poorly from a script I couldn’t understand them, they unable to understand my Q’s. Wasn’t offered to be put through. Couldn’t search a store unless I the customer provided the postcode! Total waste of time.

A nice shop with friendly staff and a good collection of wares. Removed a star because some of the rugs are a bit of a trip hazard and my partner nearly slipped over when leaving.

Really lovely shop full of interesting for the home items .Furniture , bedding , crockery , and both real and artificial flowers .The staff are welcoming , and this creates a warm feeling as you enter and browse items in the store .Definitely worth a visit.

H&M home used to be a decent place to get odds and ends and unique decorative items at a reasonable price. No longer! Really, really expensive now, and pretty overcrowded at certain times, though the tills are usually empty
