The sale and purchase was quite complex but Kassam was always on hand to provide us with thorough knowledge and advice that was always in our best interest. Avoid using this company for a sale or purchase of a property. The purchase process started at beginning of May 2023. They have failed to act in line with the solicitors regulatory code of conduct. They do not act and deal with issues promptly. They are in a position of trust they clearly are managing too many cases that they fail to provide customers with a satisfactory and timely manner. Please read other reviews on Google. As they all say the same thing lack of communication and delays.

Hannah was excellent with our house purchase. She was on it from the word go! We were assigned the solicitors through the estate agent, which was hassle free & perfect for us as first time buyers. Hannah was excellent at answering any questions we had and chasing information we needed. Credit to the company.

Best solicitors we have ever had, everything always got done on time, they were very professional and always responsive. Any time I had a question they took the time to help me fully understand the situation and my responsibilities. The fees are very reasonable and understanding (I had to back out on 2 of 4 occasions and was charged an absolute minimum even as we were at completion).I have used their services multiple times in the last year for properties and I would highly recommend them for being your 1st choice reliable solicitors that you can build a relationship with for years to come.We asked for Amna Ahmad everytime as she is the best! We were very impressed by her as she handled everything and took the time to simplify complicated matters for us. Abysmal! No communication regarding the purchase of my house unless I contacted them, then they were in no rush to respond and they stated that service level agreement allows them 48 hours to respond as a reason. When I did get to speak to someone it felt like they thought they were doing me a favour. If you're looking to buy quickly don't bother using these. And, it was always the vendors solicitors fault.
