Very rude customer service the tone they use is just not acceptable I dread calling in to discuss and issues we are having as company they do not want to talk and they want to sort all the issues through email which still doesn't get sorted and they make lies about emails they have sent which clearly it hasn't come through and this has happened twice now do not even bother arguing with the workers on the reception its not worth your time or peace.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is one of the worst logistics companies I’ve dealt with in my working career. Totally unprofessional, the depot manager is bordering on racist and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He pretty much thinks he owns the placeThe service is even worse, they keep losing stuff, delays , lack of communication between their internal teams and the list goes on...Avoid at all cost...

Quick tip but only downside to this place is bays are tight enough to get on without the need for staff to park in front of the bays which makes me wonder how clueless some people are which means you have to wait for truck next to you to go off and then you can, toilets are OK, staff friendly, canteen ok
