I received damaged goods but I've been put off by the terrible customer service. Not the first time it's been poor, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore, I'll never order from them again.

Terrible customer service. They sent out the wrong chocolates and then were sarcastic & unreasonable. I have used them previously, when all goes well no problem but when they make an error they are unwilling to put it right. Clearly I am not the only one in the way I have been treated. Like the earlier review I won't be using them again & suggest you buy your luxury chocolates from a reputable supplier.

They don’t have customer service at all. They sent my chocolate to another place. I tried to contact them. But there was no response. So I guess I won’t get my chocolate and money back.

My favorite chocolates of all time! I always make sure to stock up when in London.

Absolutely beautiful ganache. Have bought selection boxes as gifts and for my own indulgence for the past 10 years. Always a luxury treat.

Best chocolates in town. Hands down. I asked for a few extras of my favourites the Fleur de Sel and got a hand written card from the owner. The touch was kind and personal in an E-age . The chocolates, as ever are amazing and blow me away every time. Thank you so much

Terrible service! Ordered a box of mixed ganache and pralines for Mother's Day as my gf loves pralines but when the box arrived there were no pralines. I pointed this out only to be told they hadn't made any so didn't send them. When I pointed out they hadn't really sold me what was advertised my issue was dismissed by the most patronising and condescending person you could ever imagine working in a customer service role. Wouldn't be bothered usually but when you pay £30+ for a box of chocolates and you don't get what you order, and are then spoken to so rudely for pointing this out then they won't get any more custom from me. Thumbs down.

Incredibly fast service, without any compromise on quality.I found myself in the situation where I needed the convenience and speed of high street shopping for a gift, but I wanted something much more special.Demarquette provided this customer experience. I ordered my gift; the process was easy, payment was seamless and the package arrived within two days. My client was delighted. They commented ‘delicious, special and very individual’. The winner of 10 gold awards (and rightly deserved).Mark Demarquette talked us through the event and the enthusiasm and pride in his chocolate made it very enjoyable.I tried the lemongrass from his oriental selection made with an award winning vietnamese chocolate. - The others i tried were the earl grey, ugandan chocolate orange, morrocan mint leaf tea. In all we sampled over 10 different chocolates and each one was tasty and satisfying. If you have are looking for chocolate presents then this is the place to visitThey really do want you to sample the chocolates so dont be shy.The owner is in the shop in the afternoons and is willing to give you advice but his staff are fully trained in the art of chocolate knowledge so will be able to assist you aswell

I have no idea why so many people have written such bad reviews! I have bought the Limited Edition World Of Salt Collection .... and WOW just absolutely WOW!!!!! The colours are just absolutely stunning! Non are broken, they arrived 3 days early than estimated delivery time which is fantastic, always received emails of updates which most companies dont seem to do these days. These are a present to my Dad for his Birthday as he loves Salted Caramel and i know he is going to love them! Especially when it contains a little book with 6 paragraphs telling you details of where the salts have come from and how the salts are collected/preserved and what chocolate they are incased in along with the picture so you know which chocolate it is. I will most certainly buy from these again. Stunning, keep up the good work! Fast delivery from London to Manchester, brilliant!
