Rented a property from N&N Properties recently and have had a good experience so far. Everything was handled professionally and service/repair requests are answered promptly.Also, special thanks to brother Kas for his assistance.

I would not recommend. Terrible customer service. I was ready to move into a property, everything was dealt with. While waiting, the owner went on holiday ignored my calls to come back and say the property is now gone. I got offered a property for it to then go to someone else. Communication is disgusting.

Completely unprofessional! Would not choose this company at all - have been messed around loads in regards to a room! I was waiting for over an hour to view a property and have since had all emails ignored! They don’t answer calls and the tenants have massive problems with them as well!

Avoid the guy Kas! He is liar, a cheater worst experience ever! For a long time he was the only one I was able to contact from this company and I didn't know why I can't negotiate with them.In the other hand be careful maybe they will take you into a property full of addicts and other useless people who are living on benefits. That was my case, and the main reason I wanted to leave the property. It took me 4 months to be able to do that. Communication wise they don't care about you until you got agressive. They just want high monthly income for nothing and it shows. Avoid writing e-mails, they barely respond at all. Otherwise this is a typical property of theirs:

Nathan managed that property that we rented for 2.5 years. Nothing was ever a trouble and all paper work and formalities were effortless. We had few issues, however, when we did, Nathan organised for someone to come help immediately. Our boiler stopped on New Year’s Eve when we had friends and staying and Nathan managed to have it fixed that day. We just left the property that N&N managed and received our deposit back promptly. 5 stars for a friendly company!

I was lucky to have my Property Manager, Solomon Eriemo - without doubt the best lettings agent out there and a shining star at the N & N Properties. He is brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The flat was not an easy let - with maintenance and existing tenancy troubles, but Solomon was thoroughly professional throughout the process, knowledgeable and patient. The communication has been excellent - he always got back to me at any time during the day and night - how rare is that; also eagerly chased third party contractors and always got things done. He really impressed me with his law and property knowledge, always there to give good advice. Solomon's knowledge and care made me confident that things are done properly, cannot rate him high enough.

Incredible team, pleasant at all times and always willing to go that extra mile! I can always rely on N&N to ensure my tenants are well looked after and all areas of care are covered! This is more of a heartfelt thank you than a review, but would highly recommend the guys at N&N, couldn’t be more happier!!!

Had a great experience with this agency. The lady at reception was very helpful and booked me in for a viewing straight away. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the available properties and hopefully moving in soon.
