Booking in with a voucher can be a bit confusing and is really the only complaint I would have. I went for a hot towel shave and would highly recommended to anyone, especially if you're going out somewhere, very relaxing and left my skin clean, clear and feeling great!

Avoid unless you want a buzzcut. Went in for a short cut at the sides/back and a tidy at the top (curly hair which sits nice naturally long) and had to repeatedly tell him to stop taking length off the front as that's how I wore it as it curls when it dries. Went to a proper hairdressers after (I only impulsively went here as my normal place was unexpectedly closed for the day - lesson learned!) and they said he didn't know what he was doing - cut away at the crown and shaped it to go to the side whereas he should've shaped it to the front - There was nothing they could do to fix it until it grew back in.

Absolutely brilliant barbers, been going here for well over 10 years, these guy's really know what they're doing, friendly professional service and they always happy offer styles they'll think you might suit as well, I haven't went anywhere else since stated going here many years ago.

Went a few times; first time younger guy seemed very scissor happy and shaved my hair really short up the back and did not show me it in mirror from the sides and back like barbers normally do. It looked awful and did not suit my head-shape one bit. I think he must have noticed this himself. Gave it another chance the following month, this time hair was cut by an older guy; he first kept me waiting about 5 minutes in the chair once he went in and out of the shop then he conducted a phone call during my hair cut. He looked like he was on another planet most of the time and seemed to be trying to speak to me in his own language at one point and I don't speak Urdu or Punjabi or whatever. Then he even started asking me if he should cut any more off the back of my hair in a hesitant and uncertain manner, which didn't exactly inspire confidence I mean he's supposed to be the barber and yes, you've guessed it, he didn't show me it in the rear or side mirror again. Piece de resistance was that he ended up cutting a line into my hair above my left ear with the clippers due to sheer inattentiveness which makes me look like I've got a scar until the hair grows back in. They generally take their time in this place- which should indicate that you leave with a good haircut but this slapdash attitude is unforgivable. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip. There wasn't even any gel or tissue offered so why bother.

Been going with my son for 8 years top quality nothing is a hassle for the lads. Would recommend.
