To be honest I think I had always underrated Chester’s Morrisons. TESCO superstore has been my number go to when I want to buy household items. Of course ALDI remains my number one for food items. However, sister’s suggestion to go to Morrisons for the household items I needed today was received with plenty of doubt as to whether I would get the items but to my surprise items I never conceived I could get in Morrisons were all available that I have to confess to her that I had always underestimated Chester’s Morrisons. The funny thing is Morrisons is just 5 minutes walk away from me and TESCO Superstore is about 25minutes walk and I’d always opted for the latter but after today’s experience that’s about to change. I couldn’t take a lot of photos as I was over excited but in my next visit I will show you the possibilities at Chester Morrisons Store.

Just visited deli counter to get our fresh ham was a girl on counter who served us picked up ham with her hand instead of tongs disgusting so my husband said that's not hygienic said wash hands and continued putting ham on .so we decided no thanks want fresh and you to use tongs as you should of on. 1st place absolutely disgrace so just watch on.deli counter when you get served .If I could find a manager I would of complained

Staff great. Store Well stocked. When I was unable to find nutritional yeast B12 for vegans in the free from section 2 staff did a thorough hunt for me. None in stock but impressed by effort and customer service. On balance I don't like the pharmacy here though v busy not great service at pharmacy counter, always Ques at the pharmacy . Appears to be a turnover of pharmacists or temp pharmacists . I go to boots in Hoole instead now.

Decided to use morrisons this moring on teh 21st November 2023 at 8 am for a meal deal waited at self scan for my energy drink to be authorised while the two lady's on self scan were slaging there boyfriends off and having a good old chin wag over 5 mins I waited not paying any attention to my red light or the customers next to me this is a joke customer service has gone out the window in morrsions I will NOT BE USEING THEM AGAIN

Fab range of foods . I find different morrisons have such a different range of foods , morrisons cafe is a brilliant good, cheap and a really good range of food too

They ran out of cups for a drink so had to waited for about 20 mins to half an hour to get a drink no seats needs more staff on in cafe . I have never known academics to run out of cups for a drink defo needs more cups and more staff on at times like this . It's hold be running smoothly and make sure you don't run out of cups . I notices it was one person getting the plates cups and going into the kitchen to wash up . Really it should be a couple of people washing up and defintly making sure you don't run out of cups .

Organised chaos in the cafe when I popped in for brunch at 11:30 mid week (June 2023). It was really busy and I'm not surprised as it's very good value. All day breakfast £5.99.

Had a meal and it was well below the normal standard. My pie had been heated on a microwave and the pastry was like concrete!

Terrible cold food. After 3 trys of getting my latte they were all cold. Very Very disappointing
