Website was very impressive but that’s where it ends the costumes over priced and the staff including the manager say they are accommodating but our experience was far from it. Definitely won’t recommend.

Would like to write a review mainly to the two ladies who I unfortunately didn't get the names of that are new to working at Mad world. They were both very welcoming, polite and helpful. The lady which helped me pick out an outfit spent a lot of time with me and came up with ideas for me. The customer service is awesome, which Is what a lot of places lack. Thumbs up!

Today was my first time to Mad world Fancy dress in Crawley. What a wonderful experience, Nick went out of his way to help me find a fabulous outfit for a party this weekend.There were endless options availalable and the whole processes.was easy fun and really enjoyable.I would happily recommend Mad World Fancy Dress and we will definitely go back again.
