Fabulous service from George. I needed a window pane replaced. Despite him bing super busy he came over to fit me in for a quote and sorted the repair swiftly also.Communication was brilliant throughout, super friendly, which is always appreciated, especially when I have small humans in the house to.Was pleased with the price and the work and will definitely use George again in the future, if I need to.

George came out to repair a window that we couldn't close, punctual, professional and friendly, repaired the window and then booked to come and repair a second window that I asked him about during his first visit. George came back today to repair the second window. Really appreciate the efficiency, tidiness and quality of his work and will definitely use upvc doctor again

George has been wonderful in helping us with some window & lock repairs. He has been very reliable, going above and beyond to help us with some urgent work that was needed in very poor weather, and has explained all of the necessary work in full, detailing all of the costs and giving us precise timescales of when things will be completed. Contacted George after sealed unit double glazed panel showed a crack on the inside glass panel. Prompt reply to enquiry, reasonably priced to repair. Excellent service and communication from George, we had a number of blown window panels and the french doors needed aligning and a new gear mechanism, asked George for a quote he was with us very quickly gave us a very good price and a date for fitting. Fitting and the door work was completed with minimal disruption, clean and tidy when he left.We decided to have the other panels replaced to bring the glass up to date and ensure we had no further issues, George came back quickly quoted for the rest, another excellent price, and book in a date. While working pointed out one of the window hinges was damaged, he had replacements with him and we added this to the job while he was here, he also recommended fire escape hinges while replacing.If you have issues with you windows, a blown pane, hinges or locks give George a ring, we recommend him would give 10 stars if we could.

Called George in regards to a new panel due to having a old broken dog flap in and another issue we was having with same door not latching. Absolutely lovely guy, came round to look and quote very quickly and gave us a very reasonable price considering I was expecting alot more which we accepted.
