Michelmores acted for us on the probate sale of our mother's flat. They were very efficient and dealt with some problems caused by the buyer with little fuss. Their fees were very reasonable and they did not charge for the extra work caused by the problems. I would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Louise Peters acted for me on a remortgage. The charges and costs were explained clearly along with a guideline of the process and rough timescale. The process was seamless with guidance and updates regularly received. No legal jargon just simple honest recommendations.On top of that the process took 18 days start to finish. Whilst I know this won’t always be the case, I feel confident that this was down to Louise and her teams efforts.I would absolutely recommend Louise to friends and family whether they are buying or remortgaging.

I am so impressed with the efficiency and communication from all the people I have come into contact with that it warrants a review. We instructed Michelmores on our residential purchase in Exeter and Louise Peters, Elizabeth Dickinson and the team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Whilst the fees were slightly higher than some other firms quoted, it proved to be money well spent. Our transaction moved at a steady pace and we were kept updated throughout. I really appreciated the time the team took to explain some of the more complex aspects and would recommend the Firm to friends and family.

Moving was stressful, due to random requests from our buyers, mildly concerning survey results of the house we were buying, and the simple reality of changing where we lived by 200 miles. But Michelmores were the oasis of calm within it all. Never a stress, never a burden, always smooth and making everything else smoother. If everyone in our chain had been with a company like Michelmores, my life would have been a lot easier. Sophie and Ellie were both unbelievably calming and kind, and really personable, on a moving day where I would otherwise have been really stressed.
