Love it, Sundays and a great place to be. Lovely walks in the area. Nice Ossett Brewery beer, Saltire Blond is nice. The price I set was for Beers, food is nice but I don't know the prices. Been a few years since I had dinner at the King's Arms.

Great cask ale selection (predominantly Ossett) but kept well and everything I drank was excellent. Beautiful setting with lots of outdoor seating. There was a pizza van serving when we visited (Sunday lunch) but I think normally do food too.

Really great Thai food in a very traditional British pub. Fantastic value for money and a very helpful team. We’ve been a few times now, and it’s an hour from where we live. The location is also great for a walk before or after your meal.

Lovely pub. Stopped by on a long bike ride and sat outside at one of the many tables on the field. Great selection of Ossett Brewery ales on offer.

Such a warm welcome. Excellent customer service by Bar staff .Food was excellent. Selection of beer was great and definitely hit the spot .Well worth a visit if you enjoy Thai food .

My favourite local pub! Traditional surroundings and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with real fires in the bar and front lounge. Serves real ales at a good price and the food is lovely. Been coming here for years and it never disappoints!

A lovely, traditional pub in an absolutely beautiful location.The views outside are fantastic.The service was speedy and the two staff that we spoke to were friendly and polite.Our drinks were perfect. The weather was extremely hot, so we sat outside in the shade of a large tree.A pleasure that we look forward to repeating.

Stunning pub. So Christmassy, lighting is so beautiful and it’s the PERFECT setting for a night with friends or a date night. This pub holds so dear to me, I truly feel so comfortable and warm everytime I visit. Thank you to everyone who makes the atmosphere so wonderful.

3 pints of excellent Real Ale, each one better then the last. Had two Yorkshire blondes and a gluten free Silver King. They also had another Yorkshire Bitter and a white rat which I'll try very shortly hopefully. Walked through Wakefield Common and up to a green popular with picnickers. Best Saturday afternoon for ages. Cheers

Beautiful environment. Great staff.Not sure about Thai food only in a small country pub?Personally I believe they should be serving good Pub food... pies and mash, fish and chios etc.Good luck on your choices though.l
