Lauren the beautician in residence at Coco is the perfect therapist: she listens carefully and carries out procedures with care and attention. She is able to create a calm atmosphere in the beauty room where she is skillful and attentive. Therapists like Lauren are hard to find. I am delighted that I have found her and will get all my treatments done here.

Coco Hair & Beauty have been doing my hair for the past 5 years and I have never been disappointed with the outcome.I use to colour my own hair but since Koo has coloured my hair it is in better condition because of their natural products they use.Guess that I wouldn't be going to the same hair dresser for 5 years if it wasn't a good experience!The beauty part of the salon, Reeya, does waxing, facials, massage and she has so many tips for her clients.In total a great experience. I called in the morning and about an hour later I was there being very welcome , quick answer to my call , and Koo was very sweet on the phone finding the best for me. It is very homely, cozy, relax place and good quality from Nicola's hands and the most convenient is that it is also very affordable.I found exactly was I was looking for . A little quiet corner to recharge energy while some one was looking after me . I needed it !!I've treated my self today !!!I am coming back for sureThanks girlsWe worth it!

Had an amazing experience here, Koo is absolutely lovely and cut my hair so well! The salon is clean and I overall had a fantastic experience

I just found this woman (owner) rude, cold and unfriendly. She was fine at first when booking in the appointment in person, but it got long winded trying to find the right time and day. She finally found a slot, but it was as though she didn't want to serve me. I was patient even though I felt she had a condescending tinge in her voice.Then within 2 mins of leaving the salon she calls my phone to say we have to cancel your appointment". When I asked why she wouldn't give me an explanation

Hair highlighted after 6nit having highlights since before lockdown. Colour was more subtle that I am used to. Careful cut.

I called up Coco salon very last minute and to my surprise they booked me in right away. For someone that doesn't have a lot of faith in hair salons I was really won over by Koo and her treatment. I have long natural hair that was in need of a refresh and some time spent on it of which Koo did amazing. She took her time, over 2 hours to initially get to know me as well as my hair and how I like my hair to be which I loved!. All in all, a lovely hair wash, cut and blow dry, very happy indeed. Koo is knowledgeable and is always happy to give advice with regards to hair care! Amazing lady.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. Before Koo, I tried so many different hairdressers and was never truly satisfied. I always look forward to getting my hair done now as I know its going to be perfect every visit. I always feel so welcome and relaxed, I honestly cant recommend them enough!
