Very rude service. Ordered at 7.24pm today, still not here (it's now gone 9pm).The guy I spoke to on the phone the second time, who had already told us our food would be delivered within 10 minutes of my first call - left the phone on the counter and said loud enough for us to hear Does someone else want to talk to her then

This place is phenomenal. I ordered Singapore fried rice, extra hot and Kung-Po Beef recently and they were generous portions, delivered quickly, reasonably priced, great staff and amazing chefs. But I've ordered almost 3/4 of the items on this menu and I have never once been let down, only this time it was perfect.In nearly 50 years I've had Chinese food all over the world and for a tiny little takeaway place in a small town I can honestly say it is the best Chinese food that I have had outside of China. Simply superlative and utterly delicious.Thank you Yung Kee, keep up the great work and I will see you again soon.

Ordered from here a handful of times and never had a problem food is always good and delivery is quick however, I recently had a delivery and it came with a surprise a LIVE SPIDER in the food. Completely put me off of eating the rest of our food and won’t be ordering from here again as tried to contact them to complain and get a refund but no reply.

Last 2 orders have both been very late.Both ordered online.Order 1: 2hrs 20 wait...... Excuse was they missed the order on their system.Order 2: 1hr 56 wait...... Excuse was the driver broke down .... Probs telling the truth as the food was cold and stodgy when it arrived. No crisp.Lesson learned. Going to avoid this one.
