Second time using this company and couldn't be happier. Called tk check the part was in stock it was both times ordered it and it arrived very quickly. Guy was knowledgeable when it turned out the part ordered was a new version of the one that broke and the issue was overcome. Very professional and helpful.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever delt with. I tried to book my quadbike in for a service multiple times but due to poor customer service I was told everytime they will call me back to give me a day and I've been waiting for over 5 months. I finally got intouch with them again and was told within this week I can come and then they stopped answering the phone. I think these guys choose when to work and when not to work and again like I said they wasted my time by making me wait all this time and still nothing. I have sent them multiple messages asking for an update and I was ignored. I also ordered new handle bars for my quadbike and I was sent ones that don't even fit my quadbike flush so when I called them to question the handlebars I was told they will fix the issue when I bring the bike in for a service and then they stopped answering there phone. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had no choice but to leave 1 star so I can write my review. Jokers
