I have been renting my accomodation from JMS Property Management for roughly 6 years. In the time that I have been there I have always been happy with the friendliness and quality of service they have provided. If any problems crop up I only have to give them a call or pop into the office and either Dawn or Becky will do there best to get it sorted as quickly as possible. I never feel like they are checking up on me and they only get in touch when an inspection is due.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to both family and friends if any of them needed to rent a property.

Horrendous customer service. Becky is an extremely poor property manager and has put me off ever letting with this company - if she can’t be bothered to offer customer service and be helpful before you let than it’s only a given once you move in this will get worse. Would warn landlords not to list here because she doesn’t care about getting your properties let - she doesn’t like to communicate with your prospect new tenants - she is costing you money.

I would highly recommend Dawn and the team at JMS and have now transferred my two original properties to them. I have rented my property out via JMS for a number of years now and the standard of service is exceptional. It hasn’t always been easy in the past but as soon as they took over managing it they took away a lot of the worry and stress and have been very helpful and considerate during difficult times. JMS Sales & Lettings particularly Dawn has been brilliant! We had let our 1st property through another agency initially. With our next property, we contacted JMS Sales and Lettings for information and a quote. Dawn was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the letting market. We wanted an agency who would manage our property fully hassle free but equally be informed about any significant issues and decisions.
