Cloud 9 Vets

After long consultations with 2 vets it was clear that dog euthanasia was our only choice. Toby was in tremendous pain and painkillers seemed to stop helping. His life conditions were very poor. We spoke with Cloud 9 vets over the phone for more than an hour. They were very kind and explained the whole process. 2 days later the vet arrived on our front door at the exact time we booked. She was very kind to Toby and I saw sadness in her eyes after she examined him. The whole procedure was very fast and after the sedative, Toby fell to his final sleep. He will be truly missed. Now there is a gap in our family. I would like to thank Cloud 9 and all the vets that work there for their kindness in these hard times for all pet owners. Rest in Peace Toby.

Saying goodbye to Simba was one of the hardest decisions in our lifes. We loved him so much, but we could bare seeing him suffer anymore. He could not eat because of his Abdominal tumor. Treatments did not help and he was so thin. Barely moving at all. Thank you Cloud 9 for being there with us in his final hours.

I would like to thank everyone from Cloud 9 Vets. They are caring and sensitive. Unfortunately we had to put our cat Cleo asleep as her tumour had spread and she couldn't breathe. The vet was wonderful and sent us a lovely card confirming we had done the right and kindest thing for her. The whole process including cremation was very efficient and smooth and made a very sad day a lot easier for us. I would highly recommend them.

Cloud 9 Vets helped Duke with his pains. They took great care of him and now he looks much better. I can even see a smile on his face.

Cloud 9 Vets are beyond helpful at the moments when you are the most conflicted and distraught. Their help in guiding us through out decision and the peaceful passing of our beloved cat was everything we needed. Thank you for your expert care and humanity as we wept.

Sadly we had to have our dog suddenly put down late last month and we owe a massive thank you to Cloud 9 vets or making an extremely difficult time as easy as can be.With COVID-19, it was difficult to find anybody who would come to the house or allow all 4 os us to be with our dog whilst he crossed the rainbow bridge. However we then discovered Cloud 9 who despite it being Bank Holiday weekend, came to our house so our beloved dog could remain at home for his final moments surrounded by all of the family. Roshni, the vet who attended was extremely caring and compassionate and explained every part of the process to us. She was extremely understanding and treated Harley with great dignity and respect at all times which bought comfort to us all and at no point did we feel rushed.Thankyou to everyone at Cloud 9 for making the process as easy and as peaceful as possible, and a massive thank you to Roshni for her kindness, professionalism and compassion throughout - we are forever grateful.
