Absolute rubbish, I have been patient with the surgery for 23 years, I can’t get appointment for past 3 weeks. Cannot book appointment at the reception it has to be done by phone call, when they answer no appointments left. The surgery don’t deserve 1 star.

The worst surgery Luton by a country mile my son needed an appointment and a repeat prescription after 3 weeks of waiting after the receptionist said she will speak to doctor no luck I’ve also been trying to get an appointment with gp for over a month yes a month! I’ve been with this practice for over 20yrs but I’ve had enough

Absolutely awful GP. Lacks compassion. Impossible to get referral for your children. You have to go to desperate messaure to get referral.Impossible to get appointments. When you do see they are abrupt and lack empathy. Surgery is always empty, not interested in seeing patients. Practice Manager is a joke, never around, starting to think there isn't one at all at some periods. When you ask to speak to them, I am told they have 28 days to respond to your queries , what a joke. Avoid this surgery at all cose

Awful Surgery!! Doctors are rude and when I tried booking an appointment, I found that they did not have my record. Not sure how they managed to erase my details. unreliable and disorganized.

Absolutely disgraceful! Each time I need them, they surpass their previous worse.It's almost impossible to get an appointment, the staff are almost always uncooperative, not knowledgeable.When you request a prescription, they sometimes send it to the surgery, sometimes decide to keep it at the surgery and have been known to lose prescriptions.This used to be a great medical practice, it's a great shame that it's the very opposite now!

I had a telephone consultation which the doctor only rang my phone twice which is not enough time to answer.When I called the next morning and explained this to the receptionist and how bad the service was she had told me the doctor has left me a voice message and then sarcastically said 'how terrible is our service and that if the doctor had enough time to leave a VM you could have answered the phone' I then went to my voice message and there's nothing there.Disgusting honestly just terrible service not sure how this place is still open.

Very hard to get appointmentI have been with this surgery for long time, but recently it's gone bad worst.The new appointment system is not good. Please help.

Off the back of my appointment I received a text message from lister house surgery advising me to pick up antibiotics from the pharmacy. There was no information about the outcome of my tests so I had no understanding as to why I needed antibiotics.At this point I’m scared and full of anxiety so I collected them and start taking them. I try to get hold of them for the receptionist to tell me she is unable to tell the doctors to contact me to let me know the results of my tests. I then tried again on Monday but I got the same answer.I had to contact 111 for them to request a doctor to call me back. So between Friday and Tuesday I had no clue what was wrong with me. I was worried and full of anxiety the whole time especially because it was 2 sets of different medication that was issued.So now it’s Tuesday and the doctor calls me to say I don’t have to take antibiotics because the text message was a mistake. I have already been taking them from Friday up until now, both packs!The antibiotics have also been making me feel sick! The doctor refused to grant me a refund for the medication or compensation for the stress! I will now be taking this up with the Ombudsman service. Worse GP in Luton and a DANGER to patients health.

Worst Doctors Ever Make Up There Own Rules Made My Pain And Depression 100x Worse.Thank You Doctors. If you value your life please find a respectful Surgery.Run by decent people . This surgery is a stain on the NHS. NHS England's review states unfortunately Lister House Surgery Luton Dunstable road needs improvement . That is official from NHS own inspectors.So it is not the patients complaining the patients are suffering from a illness these doctors very rudely say no you are not ill my god can this get any worse.

Absolutely the worst GP Surgery ever. You call for an appointment at 8.30am and have to wait on hold until your turn an hour later, then to get told there are no available appointments. An absolute joke. They need to employ more doctors. And they never give you a face to face appointment only phone consultation which is pointless. What is the point of paying National health service, when there is no adequate service.Also surgery looks so very dated. Very limited car park facilities. Do not recommend.
