Very rude staff. After long day in hospital children want to eat but he did not let us eat in the restaurant. As he said its closing time But he did not close until 23:50

The best chicken spot I have had in the area. Every single item I ordered on the menu was fresh and delicious. The chicken is seasoned to perfection with the perfect level of heat. Also the pizza was mouthwatering and cheesy. The chips had a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. I’ve been looking for a good chicken spot for a while and I have just found my new favourite spot. Do not hit it till you try it.

Best Strip burgers around, have tried them nearly 5 times across 2 months and have been scrumptious every time, with a nice kick of heat.

This shop was replaced by a different owner and it was called dixy’s before. I used to always go there as a teen and even though there has been a change I still wanted to go to that same spot. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten from a pfc shop and yesterday I was really craving the pfc sauces, the lovely chilli sauce and the distinctive mayo and ketchup you can only get from these stores.Even though it was dark, it was wet I got on my bike because I hoped it would be nice enough to give a try and rode all the way there and what a mistake.I think the worst part of my trip was the lack of integrity of the person serving me. I came here wanting just 2 boxes worth of chips and ended up paying £5. He lied about the pricing. I understand right now times are tough but we are all dealing with inflation, it gives no right to be dishonest and a cheat.I could have settled being ripped off if the food was nice but I’m sad to say, it was awful. Chips weren’t crispy and the quality was horrid, the sauce wasn’t great either. The standard of hygiene could be better as well along. I think the place would also do good with some nice new seating. After paying for my food in the back I saw one other worker who was transferring source from one container to another, no gloves and with the surface a mess, speaking on the phone over the container. The hygiene really could be to a better standard.I wouldn’t recommend going there. I’m an optimistic person and have never written a bad review but this was just very disappointing. With the signs they put up inside the shop that aren’t related to food you would think that they would be honest workers. Sad and disappointed. Nevertheless I hope that in the future things will positively change with better customer service that increases customer satisfaction which directly links to profits as customers normally come back after having a positive experience.All the best
