Updated review for 2022 - Service without a smile, recent change in manager has meant a real downturn here. A recent visit left me not wishing to return, Have passed comment to the area manager so may get better.Regretfully not recommended.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. A surprisingly pleasant experience. Came away very happy with my choice of optician/purchases. Have never considered remaining loyal to an optician - will do so here.

My glasses were completely wrong.I spend 780 pounds and the lenses are wrong.I don't know if they well refund the money I spent.He told me they need to investigate my old and new glasses and see if refunds are possible.
