Been meaning to try this place for a while, finally did last night and so happy we did, a really amazing experience. The friendliest most helpful staff, massive range of food choices, properly fresh juices. The bread was particularly amazing - big freshly cooked delicious breads brought straight to the table. Extremely generous portions so had loads of leftovers to take home. Left very full and very happy!

I had mixed grill with rice - the kofte is delicious with good flavour, cooked to perfection. I love the rice too!On the menu it says the mixed grill comes with two complimentary soups - I never got them.Also ordered lamb borek - was expecting minced lamb in a fully filo pasty but I was given a store bought samosa which I find unacceptable and misleading to your customers.

Lawa is simple but great! Food was delicious. We got much more salad and halloumi as we ordered. Portions are very generous :) … you won’t regret it

We had some lamb wraps with added aubergine. It was delicious!! The lamb was cooked perfectly: nicely charred but juicy, great homemade naan bread and really fresh salad. There was nothing out of the ordinary about what we ordered, but it was just all done so very well. It’s a joy when the simple things are done right!I’ll definitely try the full menu next time!

This really is a hidden gem! The place doesn't look as much from outside and the deco is quite dated, but the food is delicious! Super nice staff, lots of options to chose from (including low carb) and really, really good food. The soups are spicy and will warm your soul. The kebabs were one of the best I ever eaten! Perfectly grilled lamb with charcoal marks, still succulent!

Best authentic Middle Eastern and Kurdish food in Bristol. The food is always amazing, the staff is super super friendly and helpful, they kindly taught me a great lesson how to make a proper Kurdish tea and even gave some to take with me as a compliment. The prices are very much pleasing as well. I like the soups, they are heart-warming and very rare to find in the UK restaurants usually. One small thing maybe will improve this place even further - the music can be turned a bit down (I absolutely don't mind it, it just was a bit too loud sometimes). Otherwise this place is perfect, like to come there when I am in Bristol.

Amazing food, served with a smile. Started with the delicious vegetarian lentil soup and had the mega vege XL wrap. We were served some falafel and hummus on the side. 10/10, would recommend.

Booked for four of us a few weeks ago and we had a feast! Staff are so hospitable, it was a pleasure to be there. It is outdated as one reviewer said but don’t judge a book by the cover otherwise you will miss out on a secret. All the dishes were excellent I can’t single one out and we had a big variety. You can’t go wrong trying new things either so do give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Great food at a decent price. Didn't realise but went in the minute it opened. Was served complimentary lentil soup as I waited for the food. Got mixed kebab and was delicious. Would recommend!

Great Kurdish restaurant, very clean, staff very friendly and welcoming, the food is brilliant would definitely recommend this place
