Used the click and collect option. Order made Sunday after closing - 3 items in stock. Thursday afternoon I receive an email to say my order is cancelled. No details. I check in with support and apparently there is no stock. Not helpful as presumably nobody put my order aside for me until I could collect the following weekend or they have taken 4 days to fill it to discover the issue. Will not use again.

I do think wickes is a good shop for stock but I've never seen staff so badly trained. Every wickes store I've ever been in you get the same response. Excuse me do you have this part.... errr what is it. They look at you like you have 3 heads or just stare blankly at you without a clue of what's being asked. You would get better service from a zombie. I'm sorry to pipe on about this but it seems to happen in every store all over the country. Even if the person you ask hasn't got a clue the manager is no wiser. Please train your staff. Knowledge is half the service.

Poor customer service this morning . Tried to charge do a tatty damaged piece of cornice which was to demonstrate to a customer. No common sense . Business will now go elsewhere.

As usual can get here most of the stuff you need. The safety distance barriers was badly made which due strong winds kept falling on customers and only we(customers) ended up holding it while in the queue as was no staff around.

Went in to buy solvent remover, self-taping screws, duck tape and white mastic. I had to ask for assistance as I was unable to locate some of the items, The staff were very helpful and I was able to purchase all I came for. I use Wikes a lot as it's nearby. However, it is more expensive than other hardware retailers.
