I had a real problem trying to send a label less parcel, I had tried at two other Hermes drop off shops with no joy, however the man at paperbox was really helpful and showed me how to operate the machine to print a label, thank you for your help.

Brilliant customer service.! Brought a parcel in to return but the machine wouldn't scan the code. The owner suggested cancelling the return and returning through hermes drop off. I was sent a label which I emailed to the owner and he printed for me. Brilliant! Thanks so much for your patience. Marion :))

Only wanted the newspaper delivered for one week, for the Cheltenham festival for my father who’s in his nineties.Stephen came up trumps, first class service.No hassle, papers delivered.An excellent service that I truly recommend.

Nice friendly local convenience shop. You can send and receive Evri and Inpost parcels in store, which is very handy.
