The owner is RUDE over charge for everything in sight , everything that is priced a pound she charges way over a pound , she argues with the customers when you say anything about the price , will never enter this shop again very very rude and put portsea to shame . Discusting

Since the new ownership which happened last few months, it's become far to expensive, rude shop staff, no politeness, really bad customer service and its gone very quiet. Terrible, walk the few minutes into town instead.

Quick visit for a drink, friendly and happy-go-lucky staff

Very over priced. I have lived in the street for 14 years and only been in 3 times. Each time they were rude and would rather carry on talking on there mobile or to a friend in the store. Tobacco is a real joke some are £2.00 more than co op. Only went there as co op had closed early. So I decided to wait till the morning and would rather go without than spend my money in this joke of a shop. Customer service is unrealistic. And before you comment. Its not because of your ethnicity. Just your prices and attitude towards customers.

Would be nice put correct price on the items or any to be honest. Interesting how much the value of the items increasing between the shelf's and the till.Is that even legal?
