good electrician, i went to scotland from high wycombe to fix my hybrid to my car Lexus gs450 i arrived at 9:30 and around lunch time it was ready, very fast and good work thank you so much

Just took my 2003 Alphard in to have the hybrid battery cells replaced and upgraded with the latest gen 3 cells, and I couldn't be more pleased! My car is much more responsive now and I'm also seeing an improvement in my mpg.I can honestly say that I highly recommend Hybrid Battery Repair if you are needing work done on your hybrid battery. Fraser is very personable, knowledgeable and maybe above all..... Honest - which is great for your peace of mind when you're having this type of work done! He is also great at explaining everything, which was really helpful.If you've discovered the world of Japanese imports, and you live in Scotland, you'll definitely want to take note of Fraser's contact info as he is the only person in Scotland that I've found who can replace the hybrid battery cells on Japanese Imports!!!

My 2009 Lexus RX450h had died and a local garage and an auto electrician were unable to resolve it. I spoke to Fraser of Hybrid Battery Repair in Glasgow and he talked me through the likely causes, and we agreed a date to get the car delivered to him.Throughout the repair process, Fraser kept me updated on progress and was very easy to talk to. His initial diagnosis of problems due to water ingress turned out to be correct and he was able to source the necessary parts and complete the repairs at a fraction of what Lexus would have charged.The car has been running fine since his repair, and I have recommended his services to other Hybrid owners as well as the garage and auto-electrician.Hybrid battery systems are a very specialised skill set that many garages won't touch. Fortunately it's one that Fraser excels at.By the way, ignore the two badly written one star reviews. I don't believe they are from actual customers, more likely scammers offering to remove the reviews for a fee. Scumbags!So, if I ever need a hybrid repair again I'll definately use Hybrid Battery Repair.

Superb service from Fraser at Hybrid Battery Repair. I came in with a first generation hybrid Alphard which, as an import, made it difficult to find people to do work on it. The batteries have been replaced for a number of weeks now, and the van has been running smoothly ever since. Fraser was very clear with what the issue was, and the work that needed done. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden or unexpected costs. Fraser was also incredibly helpful with working around my difficult schedule and getting the job done at fairly short notice. My Audi A8 hybrid battery lost charge and went into a safe mode . I thought i could charge it but found out its a specialist task. I couldnt buy a new one because they were on back order at Audi so I either had to wait or try and get it charged. I called hybrid battery and they advised the cells needed to be recharged cell by cell and then balanced. I took the battery out and dropped it off, nothing to loose. The cells were recharged slowly and I picked it up last week. I refitted the battery and everything's working. Great service, thanks for your help.

Excellent service. After 2 years of repeating battery failure in our Hybrid Toyota Alphard camper (2005) we took it to Fraser at Hybrid Battery Repair, Glasgow. Great to deal with, explains everything thoroughly and sends blow by blow account in photos while work is carried out. Gen 1 cells replaced with Gen 3 and all contacts throughly cleaned and tidied up in a day. We drove van home (3 hours) with obviously improved performance and already 5mpg up! A sweet 38mpg on largely motorway / dual carriageway route. So pleased we've done this and looking forward to tracking performance in local slower driving. Thoroughly recommend. Less than half price of new battery, 3 year / 30,000mile warranty, Upcycling, Re-using.

Fraser replaced the cells in my Prius gen3 battery, which was giving errors. My mileage on the way to Glasgow was 54, on the way back it was 66, and the car is running so much better.We are lucky here in Scotland to have someone doing this specialist work, most are down in London.
