Responded to my enquiry fast . Turned up for the instillation of the boiler on time. After job done the area was cleaned and left tidy. I'm pleased with the end result.

Very professional service. Asked for pictures of the boiler information before the appointment. Unfortunately our boiler has limited spare parts available so the plumber had to return but he kept us posted and within a few days we had fully working boiler. We have also upgraded as our original boiler had an old fashioned timer but now we have a temperature panel !! Thank you so much ;)

There is nothing worse than returning from holiday to find your combi-boiler not working. Mark came to our rescue within half an hour of calling and returning from his own family holiday! After diagnosing the problem, parts were ordered and he was back the next day at a convenient time to me to carry out the repair. I really can’t thank him enough for his professional, prompt and reliable service. He provided fantastic comms, tidy workmanship and has a thoroughly friendly and caring approach. I really appreciated the amount of safety checks carried out whilst troubleshooting the problem and the consultation with the manufacturer of the boiler. I would fully recommend his services. Very good service from start to finish, from coming out to look at old boiler to fitting new combi boiler. Gave advice on what boiler would be best for my type of house. Turned up on time, kept any mess to minimal and cleaned up after themselves and took away old boiler. All done in one day, very pleased with service and would recommend Mark to any one.

I lost my Combi boiler during a cold snap in November 2023. Mark Redfern came out to me within 45 minutes of making contact by phone. Mark quickly established my needs. An appropriate Worcester Bosch Combi boiler was specified and then promptly fitted. The installation went very smoothly with no fuss and/or dramas. Mark responded very skill-fully to the challenges presented by the previous installation. The house is now very warm and energy efficient, with me having a system fit for the 21st Century.
