The waiting time for an appointment to resolve a very annoying and distracting software fault was initially unacceptably long. However, with a bit of special pleading the very accommodating service manager agreed to bring forward the appointment and in the event the issue was resolved 'while you wait'.Overall a good customer experience.

During the process of buying a vehicle I visited several dealerships and customer service was really bad. But with brayleys from the moment I walked in I was given great customer service. I was served by Ahmed, he made me feel at ease straight away. He answered all my questions, I never felt rushed during the whole buying process. When the vehicle I wanted to test drive arrived to their showroom he bought it to my work place. I found him to be very professional. Even after collection any issues I’ve had he’s tried to resolve them for me. Ahmed is an asset to the company
