The course itself was nice enough to play but we had 2 unpleasant encounters with other groups that will see us not returning any time soon. It left a bitter taste in all honesty on what could have been an otherwise good round.

Golf course in good condition but bizarrely they now do not serve food after 3pm. Ie if you tee off before 11.00 you might be lucky but not afterwards

Came here for our annual Xmas gathering for retirees. Very disappointed with food - we had all preordered and had the venue to ourselves but the food was cold when it was served and potatoes undercooked. Only saving grace was the fruit crumble which was hot and tasty.They need to improve if they are going to hold events as it was obvious as we were the last table to be served that our food had been dished up and then sat on one side till it was our turn.

My first time visit to Birstall for a senior captains day. Lovely friendly course with interesting holes. Really enjoyed it and I will definitely return , hopefully when the ground is softer .

It was a very good enjoyable course , I thoroughly enjoyed it, a couple of long 4pars could be made into 5 par they're too big for amateurs..

Looks like a great club, but I ended up playing in not so ideal winter conditions. Didn't enjoy teeing off mats. Will be back again in the summer

Probably the best option for Outdoor Coffee at Sunset in Leicester with certainly one of the best views. Indoors is a bit old fashioned in a 'Golf Club type way' but friendly staff, fresh and clean. As a place to sit and watch the sun go down with a nice drink you can't go wrong.
