Michelle Explained the process very clearly and has done everything she can to make sure we find the best option, and although we may not be buying now Michelle has made the process of renting a lot less daunting as she has put us into touch with the lettings team at IMS, which means we still know and trust the company we are using. Can not Fault IMS. I first used IMS when buying my first property and have come back with the remortgage the same place. The process can be very daunting when doing it on your own but they take the time to explain everything in detail for you to understand.They have made the process seamless and are a great support especially with the current climate.Brilliant company and would 100% recommend.

Can not recommend IMS enough, Michelle is fantastic. She has been so helpful, she does absolutely everything for you and does it quickly, always making sure she gets you the best deals. I have used other mortgage brokers in the past and they don't compare. Michelle even answered my emails (quickly may I add) whilst she was away on annual leave in Barbados! Honestly cant thank her enough.

Recently had to remortgage due to coming to the end of a fixed rate. I was feeling a bit worried about it due to the rises in interest rate but having Michelle sorting it out made the process so easy.Michelle took my concerns on board and explained everything in a way that made sense. She sent me a little reminder when I’d forget to do something and ensured that the process was smooth and stress free. IMS & Michelle in particular have been amazing, could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor/broker.I am a 1st time buyer so she was able to offer super valuable advice and found me a stellar deal that could not be matched on the open market. It was also super efficient, taking less than a week to go from providing all the necessary info to IMS to actually having a confirmed mortgage offer from the mortgage provider which could not have gone quicker or smoother.Highly suggest using these guys and if I need their services in the future I will definitely be returning.
