Called Genergy Power to site when our 800kva backup Generator failed to starts during power outage. The Generator was fixed within 5 hours and we are now on a service contract to prevent this reoccurring, Very Helpful company to deal with & highly recommend

After we were told our standby generator would need to be replaced, we called Genergy Power for a second opinion. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty wiring harness. A new harness was ordered, and they provided a rental generator in the interim until the replacement harness arrived. Once fitted they carried out a full load test to ensure our the repair was successful. Our generator is now back in service. We plan on having further upgrades to our generators carried out next year, all of which will be undertaken by Genergy Power.
