Norfolk Street Garage

Saw good reviews and thought I would this garage a go. Was in a difficult situation really needed help and was treated unprofessionally, the guy instead of focusing on the customer started talking to his colleague completely interrupting me and almost walking away from me. It was literally a one min job I needed help with and was told they are very busy. Yeah right, not busy to talk to your colleagues. Absolutely shocked with the service, will never bother coming back here, no idea how this place has high reviews, probably paid.

So my car went in with a problem which taken weeks to fixed, with many different storytelling and false promises it finally got fixed After 6 weeks,Now that would been end off it and I would out it down to bad experience and I would left it there.But since the car returned I had to jump start the car a few time. After taken the battery out I noticed it wasn't new, and had a sticker on it with the Nelson address on it.Well here's the funny thing I bought the car a year ago about 180 miles away and watched a bloke walk across the road buy a new battery and fit it. Then gave me the receipt for my warranty. Well the receipt doesn't even match up to the battery and is a different brand.So they change a new battery for a old knackered one.Take what from this, but I would never left feed back untill I found out they did this.

Happy with work carried out on partners car. Value for money compared to my previous garage. Polite and friendly service. Use again next time for sure.

The worse cowboys not even mechanics messed my new car brakes badly, they left the tyre nuts unscrewed! Left car tyre hanging ! I could've had an accident. So pathetic dont know the job. Il never recommend that place stay away , hope they get shut down as all they do is charge double price. After what they did to me mentally and my car I curse them deep down from heart

Warm and friendly welcome. Polite and respectful staff who gave a realistic estimate of time the MOT/service would take. Phone call to inform me it was ready (well within the estimated time) and excellent work carried out. I absolutely recommend this garage.

Such an amazing garage fixed my car and got the kiddies hot chocolates.They even let them look under the cars and pretend they worked at the garage.So thankful, such amazing staff.Would highly recommend
