Called in today and was helped by a lovely lady that was filling in as the manager was away. Could not have been more friendly and helpful, she also did a great job with the tissue paper. Thank you!

Place is run like a mom and pop shop versus a professional business.Had a VERY important business related, international FedEx package that I paid over £100 for next day AM delivery, which never shipped out. The recipient advised me that it didn't turn up. Called FedEx, who advised it was never scanned. Called these jokers and they kept telling me to call back when so and so was here. UM, GET OFF YOUR LAZY BEHIND and physically look if the package is there. Doesn't take rocket science.After my third phone call, I asked them to just check as I couldn't wait 1.5h after they opened to wait for so and so to come in. Long behold, it was there along with 3 other packages! Guess the driver never turned up" was what I was met with. No apology. I said "how are you a FEDEX PROVIDER if you don't even ensure your packages get collected? Call FedEx if the driver doesn't show or at least have the decency to call the customer to advise the package wasn't sent." I suspect they never even called FedEx to arrange collection."

I have been using the Poland Street Street branch of The Color Company for a number of years now for every manner of printing job and they have never let me down! Despite being tasked with the most unreasonable number of last minute requests they have always delivered and have proved to be most reliable, particularly when I'm running low on time. You are in safe hands!

Super professional. The service is very fast, the team responds quickly to emails and they always do their best to meet customer's needs. I have used them several times for work and they always guarantee a five-star service! Also, they are super nice! Highly recommended.

Im a fashion student and I have to print lots of portfolios (acetate cover, silk paper A3) and I’ve always had problems with other printing shops. But Luke and Chris were very nice to me and helped me find the best options and price. I’ll come back!

This store was really helpful for Fedex drop off. I had an issue with not having the correct Fedex documents due to issues returning an item and when I got hold of them, they kept the item safe until I could get the documents. They then did me a huge favour and printed out the documents and sent with it!Great customer service and I am happy to recommend them to anyone!
