Kobmat demolished our existing conservatory, replacing it with a brick built structure, complete with triple glazed bi-fold doors opening onto our rear garden, and under floor heating.After 50 years marriage we have experienced work by builders and contractors across six houses and have been most impressed with the quality of Kobmat's work and their attention to detail. I thoroughly recommend Kobmat Development for any conversion/building/refurbishment work, they have converted our garage into a studio with exterior stairs and remodelled our utility room, two bathrooms and tiled our hallway.
