Purchased my old cooker from them 15+ years ago, so went to them today for a new one. Much cheaper than the likes of Currys or AO and delivered and fitted within 4 hours. Very happy indeed.

I’ve been trying to contact Dickens showrooms for over a month.Originally, we had had an excellent experience with purchase and installation however when the washing machine I purchased from them broke prematurely, I contacted them to request repair as these services are advertised.Since early December, I have left multiple voicemails and messages. On several occasions I have been told I would be told that it would be looked into as a matter of priority the next day and when that didn’t come into fruition, I was told a call out would be arranged when staff were back in on the 5th January.It is now the 10th January and I’ve still not heard anything from the company, I simply want my washing machine looked at and fixed if possible

Had a problem with my gas oven which required a replacement part. Dickens engineer Mark came pretty soon considering the Easter break. He fitted the part quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The charge was extremely reasonable I thought and I won't hesitate in using Dickens again should it prove necessary.

This Company does not reflect what they advertise on the Website. When I went to purchase a reconditioned second hand washing machine I was advised they did not have any in stock. All that was available was very overpriced either new or ex showroom machines. Went on to AO. Com and had a new washing machine delivered and installed the next day, for a significantly lower price.
