Always do a great job for me. Pro Audio drivers repaired very well.

Can Never get them on the phone and when you do they just fob you off with one excuse after another as to why the repair is taking months longer than quoted! or they say yes its on the table been stripped it will be finished next week..... 2 months later nothing!! AVOID AMATEUR COWBOYS!!

I took 4 fantastic vintage JBL Century 100 speakers into them to check over and if necessary repair as they had been in storage for at least 30 years and I had no means to listen to them at the time. I fully expected to be told the speakers needed attention. Instead they said all 4 were perfect and didn't know why I had asked for a test/service.As is normal with these speakers the foam fronts were disintegrating. They had taken it upon themselves to find suitable front covering cloth and gave me a very acceptable price for cutting a template and fixing facings to 2 (my request) out of the 4,Frankly they could have told me anything and charged accordingly BUT instead gave me an honest super service. What a change from what one normally gets from HiFi shops.

Took them over a year to get round to repairing my drivers, very frustrating. But the irony is that the drivers are like new, their workmanship is second to none. Just a shame about the way they run their business.

Still waiting after 10 months, won't answer emails anymore. Avoid.

sent off a speaker to these guys and it disappeared into hyperspace. It was always 'just about to go onto the bench' You have to keep hounding them for everything and nothing gets done. This was in 2015!

I received the repaired driver yesterday (very well packaged) and am now listening to music again. I’m very pleased with the repair you did and the speed with which you turned it around. The speaker is as good as new for a fraction of the price of a full replacement. Thanks again for your efficient, competent service.
