World Tour Store has been really helpful in all my travels to India. Sonal was very proactive in finding out all the flight details and informing me about any changes to flights. She has been really instrumental in making my journey really smooth and has handled all my travel issues. If I could leave a zero star review for this absolute sham of a company, I would. As other people have mentioned, they draw you in with an advertised low price which you think you're actually booking when you fill in all your payment details..but no-it then says your flights aren't actually confirmed yet. Then you receive a phone call telling you that you actually have to pay more money now as the price you'd seen is no longer available. In my case, it was only about $80 extra and I was in a rush so I just went with it. I had booked a flight from London-Dubai-Singapore and both legs were advertised as Premium Economy. I checked this verbally at several points during the phone call, I got it in writing over email from them that this was the case and I received confirmation of the booking/tickets were issed stating that this was the case. FALSE. On trying to then later book the seats with Emirates, I saw that there was no Premium Economy cabin on the Dubai to Singapore leg and I was in fact to be in the economy cabin. When I queried this with World Tour Store, stating that I had been mislead and missold, they told me that actually what they sell under 'Premium Economy' is the highest available economy cabin for any particular aircraft. Erm...you have not sold me 'highest possible economy cabin'-you have sold me 'Premium Economy'!! Despite admitting that this was an issue with their systems, all they offered me was a $250 voucher to use within 1 year when booking a Premium Economy flight with them next time. Absolutely no way will I ever touch this company with a barge pole again. Misleading, underhand, rip off merchants. AVOID!!

I read a few reviews below that gave me some concerns about the price increasing over that which was quoted on the website and offer. The overall reviews was 4.2 stars though so I decided to go withWithin seconds of making the booking I was called to say the price had increased due to availability on the flights. I questioned this and got no proper answer. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no-one was working in that role as it was a weekend day.The price increase was over £450 for my trip. I cancelled immediately due to having no faith in this company.This is false advertising and deliberately placing lower prices to attract business. I am very concerned this company now has my personal details and financial information.Do not use this companyTom

The travel agent cancelled my flight for no reason at all, claiming it was the airline’s fault which turned out to be not airlines fault and not refunding the money. I would rather stay away from this travel company, in worst case if they ask you to bank transfer for booking please, please don't do that that will be starting point of your nightmare when things goes wrong, pay with credit card and you will be covered if they do not refund.you can claim your money back from section 75 (credit provider has a legal responsibility if things go wrong with something you purchase using credit.

Having read other reviews , I had the same experience recently as bought ticket with them at a different price. Then received a call from them stating that the price stated is not available and they have a seat on the same flight which was about £100 expensive than the one I had bought online. I refused to buy but kept on getting call back from them offering different prices when I had to tell them that I am not interested in their company anymore and should stop bothering me & ringing me in the future.

The worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with. They tried to overcharge for booking seats and when we confronted it, they said they’ll provide a refund. It’s been 6 weeks I’ve been chasing this refund and their admin person “is away for a while”. No sense of accountability, their customer service is pathetic, they are poor at communicating and definitely will take your money. When you ask to speak to a manager they say “he’s with another customer” and when you ask them to call you back or email, they won’t do it. They deserve 0 stars and should be shut down. Embarrassing.

Their strategy is to entice you by advertising very lowest price. Then you give all the bank card details for the purchase". You then telephone them just to confirm. On the phone these people give a totally inflated price which you can get online by urself. You don't need these intermediaries. Be very CAREFULL!"
