Pausa Cafe
The tea bags used must be the cheapest on the market. So weak, no taste. The till wasn't working & it took the waitress 3 attempt to add two items together and give the correct change. There must be a stock room above the cafe as at times it was hard to hear each other talk over the noise above. Not a pleasant experience & one that we won't want to repeat for a while

Free kids meal (main, drink and 2 snacks) when you spend £4 or more. Presentation of my mozzarella pesto and tomato toastie was so good that my MIL who ordered a slice of delicious Lemon Meringue Pie said “if i had known it looked like that i would of ordered one!” Very tasty, delicious food and very good coffee. Great value for money and a lovely little cafe.

Bought an all day breakfast toastie. It was dreadful. I recognised a slice of sausage but nothing else. I was expecting a rasher of bacon and some egg at least. For £4.60 I was diddled.

They've refurbished the cafe and it looks much nicer, but the big downside is that the coffee is not as good as before! They used it make it properly, barista style, but now it's just pressing a button on a machine and far inferior. The staff are still very friendly, but unless they improve the coffee, sadly we won't be visiting very often.

Great value food.. very generous portions. My tuna jacket potato was perfect. Staff run off their feet but still found time to be super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Need to have chairs in queue , sit and wait service as standing and waiting to be served for more than 20 minutes, one serving most of time and others prepping food, few people walked out fed up waiting

The staff are very warm, kind and friendly. Very helpful. Drinks are delicious and really well served they would rival the most expensive coffee shops. And the cakes are so delicious, especially the cheesecake. What a lovely place to stop and have afternoon coffee

Situated inside Dunelm store right at the back.It's been refurbished.Hadn't been in for a few years.Long que and wait to be served at 11.45am got to the till at 12pm...15 minutes!....way too long for someone disabled or elderly.Serving staff polite and doing their best I think.Cutlery was in a tub, thrown in wet and dirty, had to really search through for clean ones.Too many untidied and cleaned off tables for my liking.Floor was a mess too.Wobbly table so coffee ended up all over my saucer!Food was okay, wouldn't really expect much more in this kind of cafe.Basic and conveyor belt quality.It was great for my elderly mother to be able to sit down and enjoy lunch though so a handy pit stop if your shopping at other places on the Turbury Centre.1 small hot chocolate1 large Americano1 baked potato with cheese and beans.1 Ham Hock - Cheddar ToastieJust over £17I wouldn't rush to go in here again personally but like I say it's a handy pit stop.
