Mr Bruno Sgromo

I made enquires with this surgeon and paid £250 for a meeting with and him and a further £120 for his Dietitian. His PA Lisa was unresponsive once they had our money and the Dr himself was uncaring. He was late for our Zoom meeting and rushed - we understood as a DR he was busy - so we agreed to forward questions by email. When the questions were sent, no response was made - and email was not even acknowledged. When the enquiry was pushed - his PA called and was very rude and advised she had been unresponsive for 10 days due to the fact her dog was ill. When I emailed the dr for help he was equally unresponsive - on that basis I decided not not to proceed with this DR.

Mr Sgromo is superb! I have never come across such a wonderful bedside manner, accompanying such skill. I was lucky enough to have keyhole surgery for an oesophagectomy, and he paid me many visits on the ward during my recovery. He subsequently repaired a hernia three months later, and again followed my progress in recovery. He is my hero!
