The place and stuff is amazing but the product I got for my dog was not that good.

Spoke to Shannon in the fish department today regarding first time owner and setting up a tank to kinds of fish and everything in between. An amazing help, knew everything and was extremely passionate about what she was talking about. 1000% recommend asking for her for anything fish related. Will definitely be coming back to purchase in the near future.

I went in tonight and asked a lady called Rosie for some advice about filters for my turtle.Rosie was amazing she explained everything about a filter she showed me very professional and funny I was amazed on how much knowledge she had and how much time she had for me.Rosie and all the staff are fantastic and very friendly a credit to the company.

Great store, i was looking for a dog coat, which they had a large selection of. They were a bit too expensive for me, though.

Awful service, the employee answering our enquiry about purchasing a rabbit was so unprofessional, she spent 20 minutes looking our cage picture, which for reference is a huge multi link cage which can be configured in anyway and is a go to for rabbit owners, after this she walks off and leaves us for another 10 minutes, by which time we have started waking round the store looking around, only to find she is now serving some other clients. Then after which she comes back to tell us we live to far away and she knew this before leaving but just didn’t decide to tell us. The policy is a policy we understand this but the service was shocking, would not recommend this particular pets at home.

Only went in for dog food but it does upset me seeing all the animals cooped up in the cages. There are signs that you are unable to purchase a pet as it’s non essential however they are selling non essential products. Are they not able to provide the animals with better living facilities considering they are not selling them?Always disagreed with the way they hold their animals and today was not a nice experience.The service could use some TLC too.Will not be returning.

Great shop, good selection of products for all sorts of animals. The pet selection is decent and good pet services like the dog salon.
