I took my bike there at 11:30 to request a silver service. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful gentleman advised that they would do the job, and it would take 2 - 3 days. However, contacted at 3 that afternoon to say that the service, and a few minor jobs, had been completed. Reasonable price, all work explained, and replaced parts provided. Excellent service!! The shop is well stocked, with ALL your cycling needs. Tidy and well kept.

We brought our youngest grandson his first bike. The staff were excellent. The bike we got him he loves to bits and at a great price. I will be going to this shop soon for my own bike!

I had been given a bike and phone another bike shop up for information and they did not want to know, but I called Sanders Cycles and spoke to a really helpful lady and she took the time to explain how to change the seat over from a post to a fixed seat. Great bike shop, pure and simple. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of the bike, from specification, maintenance and general advice. Took my last bike here for servicing and upgrades, always had brilliant service. Bought my first full-suspension MTB from Sanders in 2014, great service and it still gets looked after by the shop. Rob and Barry are excellent. Great service, very good prices, friendly and helpful. Won't sell you anything you don't need (unlike certain other local bike shops). Recommended.

Brilliant service today from Sanders. Both of my brakes were playing up for different reasons and they have fixed them and bled them both. Bike was fixed for a very reasonable price and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Superb service. I needed my bicycle stem shortening on a Giant Propel, but it was not straight forward. The mechanics at Sanders did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely call Sanders first for any future work I need doing.

Fantastic, over and above care.I had a warranty issue and wasn't sure if it would be covered.from the minute I took the bike in I was dealt with care and professionalism,no duck and diving to get out of the situation, very open and honest with no guarantees.Rob went over and above with manufacturer to get a satisfactory outcome over a 3 week period and his persistence paid off.I would recommend Sanders whole heartily to anyone.thank you again for all your help and exceptional service.My son was thrilled to bits.

Amazing service !! My gears ground to a halt on my mountain bike and despite my best YouTube efforts, it was chaos! Dropped it to them at 12.00 on a Saturday and got a text at 15.00 that it’s all done. Cables had ceased, shifter destroyed itself and bottom bracket scrap. All done, and adjusted the brakes too, and man they needed it! Great value and a fantastic local business. Bike back in less than 4 hours !! Outstanding. Thank you. I will be back !!
