Bought a lovely VW Up for my mum. Price was below market and the car was in amazing condition. Had some flaws in the car and it was fixed before handover. Staffs there are very nice and friendly, also with AA partnership. Car was delivered to me on time.Excellent service and experience.Strongly recommended!

Incredibly helpful, straight to the point, better trade in price than 5 other garages for part ex for a prestigious bmw 6 series. More than happy to ensure that all minor details were done with his team to make the car immaculate! Ensured all minor repairs and valet completed and looking like new and delivered to our door! Picked up the car with chips over the windscreen which I requested they fixed/replaced before I picked it up, which they didn’t despite assuring me this would be sorted. I then had to spend my own money getting a new windscreen and it then took a month for them to finally repay me, after numerous phone calls and messages. I have received constant lies from them stating they had paid it or will get it paid the same night etc. I honestly think it would never of been paid if i didn’t push for it. From day 1 I have requested my recent service document be sent over and still to this day, over 6 weeks later, it’s still not been sent. They have chosen to now ignore my numerous messages and phonecalls. The customer service has been terrible. Never have I had to chase a company for any thing like this before. I still haven’t even received the V5 document. Very unprofessional and unorganised. Which is a shame because at first I did think highly of Matt but he’s turned out to really disappoint me over the weeks. I also had sweet wrappers and a dirty interior when I picked the car up. Would not recommend this garage to anyone.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!The car I bought was supposed to have been serviced prior to purchase, I got a very believable story that it had been serviced and Matt (the business owner) would send the invoice to me as he needed to collect the invoice from the garage, we also agreed he would send a new owners manual and book pack as these were missing (all included in the sale). Three months on and all I’ve had is lies and stories that things have been sent (conveniently no tracking numbers provided!). Have to conclude it’s all lies to fob me off - so the car was mis-sold to me (I’m starting legal proceedings) and after me keeping chasing for answers he then blocks phonecalls and emails with no responses- terrible way to run a business. Don’t trust this seller!!

I just had one question from JG Direct Cars (aka: Matt) on phone. Is the car smoke free? He said on the phone, yes. When I checked the car at the dealer. There was a cup in the car with cigarette ashes and the car was very smelly... I didn't buy anything from this man. If he is lying about this too, what else is not true?

It’s a shame I’m having to write this review, I went to see a 430D which I left a reservation for and went to test drive. I was in love with the car and asked for some time to sort my insurance out and a couple of other things before I bought the car. However they were very pushy over this so I decided I didn’t want the car for that reason.I still haven’t received my £200 refundable deposit which I should’ve received by now (I went to see the car on the 9th April). I cannot get in contact with anyone from here.Please beware of this company, it seems as though they are taking advantage… really upset and disappointed I have been treated this way.

Fantastic, When I first visited garage to view a Jaguar xf they had for sale Matt was very polite and approachable, handed me the keys and left me alone to inspect the car, he offered me a test drive and gave me a price for my part exchange, I contacted him later that day and made a counter offer which he accepted, collection day agreed, he then had a new Mot and service done prior to collection, again on collecting Matt was polite and willing to answer any questions I had. All in all possibly the smoothest car purchase I have made, no pressure sales no hassle, just there when needed.Thank you

I bought a car last year from JG cars ltd, drove it for a while the car consumed way more fuel for a 1.3 hybrid ima engine. I was getting 120 to 140 miles per full tank (40 litres). so I brought it back to this dealer and told them about issue, he look at the trip computer and said you getting what you should do, but the trip computer isn't always what you get in real milage. despite this he didn't aknowledge the fault, so i told him to take the car back, he offered me 3000 pounds 1600 less than what I paid. so I did some investigation it turns out the car's ECM/ECU (Engine control module/unit) has issues and cost fortune in repairs. here are the codes
